Description
Create working harness manager sub component that allows for multiplatform expansion and built in CLI. Should be able to generate harness for Android, install, launch and get test results back. Base harness should be able to run test suites and return results to harness manager subcomponent over tcp server.
Communication with hub, mw integration, iOS integration and test creation is not included in the scope of this task.
Further work required to define test format, iOS implementation and MW implementation. This ticket covers framework plumbing and implementation for handling Android deployment and management of test harness.
