Description

The MW activity indicator is all-white, and there's no option to change colors. iOS has three style options for activity indicators: small light-colored, small dark-colored, and large light-colored (there is no large dark-colored option, go figure). We might want to consider doing this for MW. See: http://docs.appcelerator.com/titanium/2.0/index.html#!/api/Titanium.UI.iPhone.ActivityIndicatorStyle
