Description
There is a bug where if you go fast enough, you can scroll, change windows, and the scroll bar doesn't disappear. The new window will have it's own scroll bar, thus having multiple scroll bars.
This can probably be fixed by tying the scroll bar hiding into the window's blur event.
Marking ticket as "Won't Fix" as MobileWeb has been deprecated.
Closing as will not fix.
