		"description": "{html}<div><p>Hi,</p>\n<p>Part of my app relies on knowing when an imageView has loaded\nfrom a remote url - in order to hide a loading message.</p>\n<p>This works fine on the first time it's loaded, since I wait for\nthe imageView 'load' event.</p>\n<p>However, the next time my app needs to display the same image,\nthe load event is not firing and therefore I don't know when to\nhide the indicator.</p>\n<p>So, either the imageView needs to fire the 'load' event when the\nimage is cached too, or we need a property to let us know that the\nimage is coming from the cache.</p>\n<p>thanks</p></div>{html}",
