Description
Ok, a customer reported that when a table view has scrollable set to false, and the table loses focus, like when a text field gains focus, the scrollable flag goes away. I verified this with the KS table_view_layout_2.js on iphone OS 4 and our latest from HEAD.

Minor issue. We are in code freeze leading up to 1.4.0. Any fix will not be checked in until after 1.4.0 is released.
