See it in KS:
1.open KitchenSink on iPhone (not seen on android, no
"highlight" appears when tapping into the field), nav to
baseUI>Views>webViews>External URL
2.tap into the main search field (below googles logo) and watch the
size of the focus rect when tapping in.
results: the focus rect is smaller than the actual field. Not seen in the simulator, found on a 3g running 3.1.2
unable to take a screen shot, as the rect does not appear in the capture?

Not something we have control over, and also not seeing this behavior (especially in iOS 4). Text field focus looks correct to me, going to mark invalid.
