add support to be able to align text using textAlign property for a button

Add verticalAlign support as well.
Assigning over to Ralf and moving to TBS. verticalAlign is already supported on Android.

Looks to be implement from at least 1.8.3.
Based on tests on iOS with master branch 2.2 and the comments in related open bug TIMOB-1514, reopening as this doesn't look implemented.
Any News about this? We need this in case of a customer project. Thank you!
Would be great to see this fixed.
