[TIMOB-2046] iOS: removeAllAnnotations(); temporarily removes users location indicator

1.BaseUI>Views>Mapviews (3g gen ipod touch)
2.note your indicator for your current location (maybe zoom out to show this)
3.tap remove all button (this calls removeAllAnnotations();)
4.watch your location

results: after being cleared, the users location icon appears again (you may need to tap the zoom buttons or scroll the map a bit to get it to appear, or it may happen by itself)

expected: leave it or remove it :)
