Description
When a new project is created in 1.5 create the new modules folder and platform sub-folders.
After talking with Marshall: Does this makes sense? The distribution of the module occurs via putting the zip file into the project's root. It gets unzipped and the modules folder created therefrom if not already present. Nothing under the modules folder needs to be touched by the end-developer.
Doesn't sound like it, closing as resolved since a new feature eclipses the need for it.
