Description

When playing short audio sounds, the audio gets clipped, as in it doesn't play the entire sound.

The attached code shows this.

Test agains iOS 4.1 & 1.5.

    Some extra information from the helpdesk ticket:

    Upgrading to iOS4.1 has caused audio played in createSound() to be clipped.

       * occurs whether the app is built with 1.4.1.1 or 1.5
   * occurs on both devices and simulators running ios4.1
   * doesn't occur in simulator targeting ios3.2, or a device running ios4.0
   * user reports that no other apps are suffering from clipped audio after the upgrade

    Was able to duplicate outside of Titanium. This is an Apple bug, and has been filed with them accordingly.
