you'll need xcode 3.5.4,iOSsdk4.2 and itunes 10.1
1.build KS with the noted config
2.Phone>Sound remote streaming
3.start with headphones plugged in or not, while the stream is
playing plug it in/ unplug it
results:"audio qeue get current timer failed" and the audio stops. Not seen on same hardware running 4.1

Unable to duplicate on a 3GT. What device were you using? This could be a race condition within AudioQueue itself.

retina display ipod (4th gen) running 4.2. same hardware running 4.1 not showing the issue.
