1.5.0.91838a, sim and device all supported flavors

1.install and launch KS, watch tabs

results:
opens to base UI Tab, which is missing a label.

expected:label to appear, and ot open to controls tab as per:
tabGroup.setActiveTab(1);

yup 2071 covers the wrong tab being loaded - updated this record to reflect this is about the text label on the tab. sorry 'bout that.
