[TIMOB-2548] iOS: One time crash on record sound after backgrounding app

1.5.0.43358e5. testing split between ipod touch 4GT (4.2.1)

Seen 1X unable to repro on multiple attempts, logging case dev can make sense of logs. Heres what I did:

1.Phone>sound>record
2.record 6 seconds of standard def audio. play it back
3.toggle to high def, begin recording and hit the home button
4.make device fall asleep
5,wake device, launch KS and tap record
