   testing using the Push Notifications test under Phone in Kitchen Sink and used Urban Airship to test the push to device.

   confirmed on a ipod touch 4gt (4.2.1) iPad (3.2 and 4.2 3g) ipod touch3gt (4.0.1). Phone > push notifications returns device token, prompts user for access, and won't return value if user says no or has them disabled (expected dialog is invoked for this condition as well).

   Waiting on the 3g phone prior to closing.
