When a webView, added to a scrollview, changes orientation there\nis a lot of extra padding added to the inside of the webView.\nVerified on 1.5.1

This is an Apple issue. Namely, the only we we can divine height\nneeded by the web page is evaluating \"document.height\" in the\nUIWebView. The problem is that document.height reports the maximum\nof the visible height of the web view or the maximum height needed\nby the document.

\n

In other words, if the document requires 300 pixels and the\nwebview is 200 pixels tall, 'auto' reports 300 pixels, the height\nof the document. HOWEVER, if the webview is 400 pixels tall, and\nthe document requires 300 pixels, 'auto' will report 400\npixels.

\n

There's not much we can do about it, beyond to advise to not\nrely on auto.
