Only tested in emulator Android SDK 2.2
\nAs per this\nQ&A post, after deleting everything in the\nproject's android/build
directory, including hidden\nfiles (except .gitignore) and launching an app with the 1.6.X SDK,\nan exception is generated and the app crashes. The reason is that\nthis SDK does not recreate the build hidden files or its\nsubdirectories.
See the Q&A for the exception trace.
\nThe solution is to launch the app using 1.5.X, which does\nrecreate the build files and directory structure, and then launch\nagain in 1.6.X.
Another user, Radu Vulpescu, has reported being affected by this\nissue. See the comments under \nthis post.
