3.check tabs in TiDev
results: none of the tabs are populated (grey) - app cannot be launched in emulator, installed ot device or packaged.
since 1.3.0 is not seeing the light of day, noted in case this effects the UB feature moving forward
Invalidating due to age (Xcode 4, 1.6.1, TiDeveloper)
