[TIMOB-3330] iOS, xcode 4 - packaged apps fail to launch in organizer

organizer is still not being launched in [INFO] Titanium SDK version: 1.6.1 (03/11/11 18:17 2732315...). If the user launches the organizer themselves, the project is there now (was not previously)..

additionally, the path set for dist location in TiDev is being ignored - it uses the path to project

If the user had the organizer launched and set to the archive tab, correct behavior is seen. If the organizer is not launched at the time of publish, we do no invoke it. The user can manually launch it, select the the archive tab at which time they will see the published project.

Not picking up github commits, marking fixed-in-qa.

tested with 3.2.4, 3.2.5, 3.2.6 and xcode 4. launching the package in organizer is intermittent, but package always appears there, closing 1.6.1 Mar 14 2011 12:21 r2fdc0c58
