Description
Add support for moving images take with camera to photo gallery without a device restart.

added support for moving photos taken with custom overlay camera to built in gallery. Modified AndroidModule in order to support internal use of the media scanner wrapper.

Fix can be verified with the same test provided in #1781
Upon capture, the photo should show up within the built in photo gallery on device. The photo may or may not be included in a default "camera roll" folder based on the specific device. On Droid 2, the photos show up in a "Camera" folder within the gallery.
