[TIMOB-4514] Add UITableViewCellStyleValue2 Table Styling To iOS SDK

It would be great if Titanium provided a standardized way to style a tableview to fit Apple's UITableViewCellStyleValue2 style (with row subtitle in blue at left and title in black on right). Providing a way to automatically render this specific style, which is consistent with Map Detail View, Individual Contact Detail View and Twitter Individual User View, I feel would vastly speed up app development.
