[TIMOB-5248] Kitchensink:Controls>Activity Indicator, Title activity indicator location changes based on steps used before run

Description: While testing KitchenSink, Controls>Activity Indicator, I launched the "title activity indicator" after launching the other tests first. The location of the indicator was not centered in the title but off to the right some pixels. The order in which you click the buttons on this test seem to matter in regards to indicator placement. See attached images. Additional note, while determining steps for this, I found that the "Show indicator (Message)" indicator also has problems when it is launched first. It does not have text.I will write a separate bug, but if related, to repro: Launch test, and press "Show indicator (message)". See attached image. Steps to reproduce: 1) Install KS 1.8.0 on device 2) Navigate to Controls>Activity Indicator 3) Launch each test indicator, beginning at the top left, then press "hide" and move on to the next 3) Watch the indicator for "title" Result: Indicator renders off to the right Expected: Indicator renders in the center of the title area Notes: Also occurs in 1.7.2
