Description
This can be seen running the KitchenSink 1.3 on Titanium 1.3, in both the iPhone and iPad emulator.
In "Local URL", the word "hello" should be changed to "Click Me to Hide the Toolbar", using jQuery, but that doesn't happen.

I need more explanation on how this doesn't work.
Re-tested on 1.3 and it works as it's designed.
I tried reinstalling Titanium, and the problem still exists with the Kitchensink 1.3.

Looks like TI is compiling the JQuery? Try changing the file extension: jquery.js => jquery.jsf http://developer.appcelerator.com/question/21941/javascript-include-in-webview-not-working#answer-215881
