We need a test case that can reproduce this issue.
Hit this in 2.1.4 today. Had to downgrade from 3.0.0GA because of some issues with it. Turned off FASTDEV, app would launch. Turned FASTDEV on, and app launch hangs. Use case? not enough time available to type it up. Posting to support the original submitter so he doesn't think he is crazy or alone. Ticket should not have been flagged as 'resolved'. Status should be deferred, or on hold, but not resolved when no resolution has been made.

Tested with the given test case TC 1487. The issue is not reproducible.App is running fine on emulator. Environment details : SDK: 3.1.0.v20130412191547 Studio:3.1.0.201304121929 Android Runtime: V8 Machine OS : MAC 10.8 Device : Android emulator 2.2
We are deprecating FastDev in version 3.2.0, so marking this as "Won't Fix"
