For example, ts is set to "۲۰۱۲-۰۷-۲۹T۰۸:۳۱:۰۱.۶۸۵+0000"
Timestamps should follow ISO-8601. Sometimes they are sent in unicode as eastern arabic or perso-arabic. They should always sent as western glyphs regardless of localization settings of device.
