Description
When trying to create window providing in dictionary 'zIndex' property application crashes.
Or when trying to set zIndex property to already created window application is crashing.
Fixed the crash when setting zIndex. zIndex has no effect on the ordering of windows as they are always fullscreen and cannot let the user see what underneath.
Closing ticket as fixed.
