Description
Due to the new Activity Indicator implemented on Android (TIMOB-6092), the test Controls -> Activity Indicator and Progress Bar need to be updated.

For functional test: 1. Run KS -> Controls -> Activity Indicator / Progress Bar on Android/iPhone/MobileWeb with master (3.0.0) with [PR 2893](https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/pull/2893). Note: The Progress Bar test does not work correctly on Android due to a bug which is fixed by [PR 2893](https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium_mobile/pull/2893). Therefore, have to run this test with the platform PR. 2. Run KS -> Controls -> Activity Indicator / Progress Bar on Android/iPhone/MobileWeb with 2.1.2.GA to make sure nothing is broken.
Tested with 3.0.0.v20121130200208 on Galaxy S3 4.0.4
