Description
Steps to reproduce:
1. click "Create Report" button
2. fill in all fields in "Add charge" section
3. click "Add to report"
4. click on 'X' icon on the end of the charge row
Expected result: the charge should be removed from the "Charges" table
Actual result: the charge isn't removed
Workaround: if you click somewhere else on the screen, hold the button clicked, move to the 'X' icon and release the button, the charge is removed. (see the attached video)

What needs to be done is disable the zoom effect when clicking on a list item.
