Description

To enable the code processor as a default: * Get the code processor tiapp.xml config options in the schema (and documented in any other required locations) * Set the enabled tag to true in the tiapp.xml templates

    I moved the remaining sub-tasks out of this task because it doesn't quite apply anymore (the code processor is more than just a build augmentation now). Instead, you can search JIRA using the following query for all Code Processor tickets marked for 3.1.0, when the Code Processor is planned for GA release. 
       component = "Code Processor" AND fixVersion = "Release 3.1.0" ORDER BY status ASC, key DESC
