Description

When there is a CLI update detected in Studio, we would open an update dialog with release notes information (please see the screenshot in TISTUD-2441), but currently the content is hard-coded in Studio and pretty minimal. The suggestion is to have CLI provide a change log page that will get updated each time a new version is pushed. The link could be https://github.com/appcelerator/cli/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md, and the content could be something like the following:

0.2.43
--------
 * Updated widgets, added new button-grid widget.
 * Removed node-appc dependency.

0.2.42
--------
  * reinvented the world

You mean this? https://github.com/appcelerator/titanium/blob/master/CHANGELOG.md. It's been there for like 2 months.
