Description
Steps To Reproduce
1. Install various 3.x builds
2. run titanium build -h
Actual:
You get options from old sdks that have been removed from the new one
Expected:
Should not load all the options and commands from previous builds
Note:
It is a problem when you have failures from previous builds. ie: TIMOB-11481, couldn't build until you remove all the old builds
Tested with CLI 3.0.19
