Description
Parent nodes are passed in to mobile web layouts, but it is completely unecessary. Change to children. This is important because it makes the algorithm a lot more readable, which is becoming more and more important since the polynomial algorithm is starting to be ported
Resolving ticket as "Won't Fix" as MobileWeb is no longer supported.
Closing as will not fix.
