Description
The i18n-sync tool still uses UglifyJS v1. It doesn't really hurt it to leave it that way, but we should normalize everything onto v2 so we don't run into potential version conflicts down the road.
I fixed this in Summer 2013 with node-appc 0.2.
Closing ticket as fixed.
