[TIMOB-13323] Can't create any blackberry app in studio 3.2.0.201304012054 as the manifest.json is missing blackberry field

Description: 1.Update to the studio version mentioned 2.Try to create an app with blackberry as target Actual result: 1.We get errors & the app is not created (pls refer to the screenshot attached) 2.Setting the blackberry field in the manifest.json file in the sdk folder created the app without any issues 3.So what's happening is as studio does not find the blackberry field it tries to call the old python scripts to create blackberry app but since we moved to CLI it errors out. Expected Result: 1.The app should get cerated successfully
