Problem description
No code changes are being applied when editing Alloy projects on Android.
This behavior is reproducible both using Appcelerator Studio and from CLI, on both Android Device and emulator.
Attaching log after changing a label in index.xml file.

Verified fixed on Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.1.2.201308091728 (containing LiveView 0.1.32).
