[TIMOB-13700] Default description text in Studio should be empty

Description
Currently the description field in the tiapp.xml shows "not specified". It should be empty instead.
The initial contents of the tiapp.xml is provided by the platform
[~gtavridis] Do you just want: 1. Just the description to be empty and leave publisher, url, and copyright as "not specified" -or- 2. Change the description, publisher, url, and copyright to be empty

Verified fix with below environment: Appc Studio: 3.3.0.201404291930 SDK build: 3.3.0.v20140429122517 acs: 1.0.14 npm: 1.3.2 alloy: 1.4.0-dev CLI: titanium-3.3.0-dev titanium-code-processor:1.1.1-beta1 Xcode: 5.1.1 Osx: Mavericks(10.9.2) Description text appears to be empty while creation of default project. Hence closing the issue.
