Description
Testing fix for TIMOB-13614, I encountered the issue, when building an app for simulator, splash screen is not showing up.
It is a *regression*, does not occur with 3.1.0.GA
Test steps:
1. Use an attached project and build it for iOS simulator via studio or running
"ti build -p ios -Y ipad" command
Actual result:
Simulator launched with a black screen.
Note: Passing the deploy type "test"to the command will show the splash screen on simulator
"ti build -p ios -Y ipad --deploy-type test"
