Description
We see wrong tab with Controls view after setting an active tab index.
Could be considered as regression for phone devices. Tablet has same behavior.
1. Install KS
2. Run Base UI> Tab Groups (in landscape mode for a phone and portrait for a tablet)
3. Tap on Set Active Tab(index)
Actual result:
The view now has control's content, but Tab is "Base UI".
Expected results:
2:The view should now be 'Controls' (tap on the back button on the phone to see)
Should see Tab changed to 1 old index 0
Active Title Controls old Title BaseUI

Tested with: Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.1.2.201307261628 Titanium SDK, build: 3.1.2.v20130730133101 Devices: Nexus7(2) Nexus4 Android version 4.3 I do not see this issue anymore, so, hence closing as cannot reproduce.
