Description
To reproduce:
1. Install and run KS> Phone> Local with File
2. Click Play
3. Click Stop
Actual result:
2. Sound is not playing and the progress bar is not showing duration

Tested on iPad 4 running iOS 7 DP 4 tested on 3.1.2.v20130726192706. This could have been an iOS bug that existed before.
I cannot reproduce this bug, using Mac osx 10.9.3 Mavericks Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.3.0.201406111952 Titanium SDK, build: 3.3.0.v20140616174113 Node.JS Version: v0.10.13 NPM Version: 1.3.2 acs@1.0.14 alloy@1.4.0-rc npm@1.3.2 titanium@3.3.0-rc titanium-code-processor@1.1.1 Device: iPhone5C iOS 7.1
