Description
To reproduce:
1. Install and run KS> Base UI> Views> List View> Insert Items
2. Click Insert Here several times
Actual result:
Inserted rows are not separated (see screenshot ios6 and ios7)for compareson.
*not a regression, occurs in 3.1.2.GA*

Same with: KS> Base UI> Views> List View> Delete Items
This is not our issue. This is an apple rendering issue where it is not redrawing the separators correctly (essentially separators go to white). This can be seen clearly by setting a backgroundColor on the item.
