Verified fixed on: Mac OSX 10.9 Mavericks Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.0.201311140721 Titanium SDK, build: 3.2.0.v20131113183932 CLI: 3.2.0 Alloy: 1.3.0 Tizen SDK: 2.2.1 Tizen Simulator: 2.2.1 Tizen Device: Samsung Z900S 2.2.0 I updated my Tizen SDK to the latest build and created a new keystore using this SDK. Setting up Appcelerator Studio with this new SDK and Keystore seemed to fix this issue. This works through Studio.
