Steps Followed:
1. Create a default titanium project.
2. Enable LiveView and launch the project on Android device
Actual Result:
The app hangs at the splash screen.
Please refer the console log file for further reference.

PR [MASTER] https://github.com/appcelerator/liveview/pull/63 [~mxia] I have updated liveview to use the new build android build hooks and from what I can see everything is working as it should in liveview, but there may be a bug in the cli that is causing the *[ERROR] Trace: error opening trace file: No such file or directory (2)* error.
[~csullivan] Thanks. could you open a correspond ticket in TIMOB for CLI so we keep track of it to investigate?

LiveView Rocks :) Works fine on Android Device.
