I was only able to reproduce this issue *once*: 1. Installed a default Titanium classic app to iOS simulator 4-inch (7.0.3) 2. Without cleaning the project, installed the same app to iOS simulator 4-inch (6.1) However, when I went to iOS Simulator menu > Reset Content and Settings, I was not able to reproduce the issue anymore. After playing around with some different test cases (i.e. installed to iOS simulators then to iOS devices without cleaning my project), I still was not able to reproduce the above issue. Given what I have observed on my machine, the iOS simulator might have become corrupted and Reset Content and Settings normally would remedy the issue. Tested on: Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.0.201312191455 SDK: 3.2.0.GA CLI: 3.2.0 Alloy: 1.3.0 OS: Mavericks (10.9.1) Xcode: 5.0.2 Devices: iphone 4s (6.0.1), iphone 5s (7.0.2), iphone simulator 4-inch retina (6.1), iphone simulator 4-inch retina (7.0.3)

I cannot reproduce this using Titanium SDK 5.4.0.GA, 5.5.0.RC, or master (6.1.0) along with Xcode 7.3.1 and Xcode 8 beta 6. We now use simctl instead of iossim, I'm going to say this is no longer an issue.

Closing as the issue is no longer reproducible.
