    To test: 1. Create an Android app 2. "ti sdk select" an sdk 3.2.0.GA, 3.2.1, or 3.3.0 3. Set the in the tiapp.xml to 3.2.0.GA, 3.2.1, or 3.3.0, but NOT THE SAME VERSION as step 2 4. Build the app for --target dist-playstore and be sure to pass in --keystore and --store-password 5. App should build 6. Swap the selected sdk and 7. Build again and it should build
