Issue description
The UI at the top of the Ti.UI.iOS.DocumentViewer shifts up after the second tap.Steps to reproduce
Open sample attached
Put the device in landscape mode
Tap on 'Open PDF
Tap on the PDF viewer contents (enter fullscreen mode)
Tap on the PDF viewer contents again (Exit fullscreen mode). Notice that the top of the PDF moves down, to lower than it was when the PDF first opened

This issue does not occur on 3.2.1.GA SDK and Titanium SDK master. It was tested on a iPad 3 and simulator.
