[TIMOB-16612] Consolidate staging server info into a single wiki page

We appear to have at least four separate pages that refer to how to connect to staging: https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/qe/QE+Staging+Environments https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/qe/Testing+downloads+from+staging https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/pe/Titanium+Mobile+SDK+Release+Process https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/tp/Analytics+Test+Plan I would like to nominate we have ONE, in this case, we update https://wiki.appcelerator.org/display/qe/Testing+downloads+from+staging and then we link to it from all relevant pages. We can also make the specific DNS details an excerpt and embed that in relevant pages. We may also wish to move the original page into an area that DevOps controls should they decide to change it.
