Description
I would like to capture the scroll events from a webview so that I can alter the UI of my custom browser within the app similar to how iOS Safari manages the nav bar and title bar in iOS 7.
Based on the scroll event, it will resize the title bar or hide/show the navigation bar at the bottom.
