Description

This is a regression

To test

1. Create an app and use app.js
var navWindow = Ti.UI.iOS.createNavigationWindow();

var close = Ti.UI.createButton({
	title: 'close',
});
var win = Ti.UI.createWindow({
	rightNavButton: close,
	backgroundColor: 'pink',
	title: 'Button missing?'
});
navWindow.window = win;
navWindow.open();

Actual result

No NavButton "close"

Expected result

should see NavButton "close"
