Description

Running 'ti build' throws the error "spawn is not defined".

Steps To Reproduce

1. Create a default project 2. Run ti build'

Expected Result

Project should prompt for more information

Actual Result

Build fails throwing an error. +Extra Information+ spawn is not defined. node_modules\titanium-sdk\lib\windows.js:381:14
