Was able to reproduce the issue both with default Alloy project and Titanium classic project in 3.2.3 stack *and* 3.3.0 stack (not a regression). Specifically, if you are using the Leaks template, then a silent crash is thrown from the Leaks template (see LeakAgent.crash) and cause the app not to function i.e. you cannot press on buttons or switch between tabs. Using only the Allocation template does not cause any issues. *Note:* 1. Was not able to reproduce this issue in native iOS using default tabbed application 2. Was not able to reproduce this issue on iOS 6.0 device *Tested on:* Appcelerator Studio, build: 3.2.3.201404181520, 3.3.0.201405211748 SDK build: 3.2.3.GA, 3.3.0.v20140522144936 CLI: 3.2.3, 3.3.0-alpha5 Alloy: 1.3.1, 1.4.0-alpha2 Xcode: 5.1.1 Devices: iphone 5 (7.0.6), ipad air (7.1.1), iphone 4 (7.1.1)
This looks like Instruments issue. i can see LeakAgent itself crash on Device. There isn't much we could do about this issue. I filed a bug with Apple (radar bug # 17460191) .regarding this issue. Hopefully this issue would be resolved in their upcoming releases.
