Description
To reproduce
1. Run KS> Base UI> Views> Scroll Views> Scroll View TextArea
2. Tap inside the last text area and start typing
Actual result
The text area is obscured by the keyboard. View doesn't scroll, although scroll can be performed inside text areas.
Expected result
The text area should be fully visible and the view should scroll.
